Position Overview: As the Director of Operations at Bvlgari Hotel Milano, you will be the linchpin in ensuring the seamless execution of our luxury hospitality services. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with an impeccable eye for detail and a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You will oversee all operational aspects, from guest services and housekeeping to food and beverage, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the Bvlgari brand's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate daily operations across all departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
·  Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
·  Guest Experience: Uphold the Bvlgari ethos by ensuring every guest interaction is personalized, memorable, and exceeds expectations.
·  Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability while maintaining the brand's luxurious standards.
·  Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and service.
·  Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

·  Proven experience in a senior operational role within a luxury hotel environment.
·  Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
·  Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  A passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
·  Fluency in Italian
·  Right to work in Italy
