Role Summary
This strategic leadership role oversees the entire food and beverage/culinary operation of the property—including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering (where applicable). The role is responsible for driving departmental strategy, aligning with brand standards, and ensuring exceptional guest and employee experiences. Reporting to [Insert Reporting Line], this position plays a key role in shaping the property's reputation and financial success.
Key Responsibilities Developing and Maintaining Food and Beverage/Culinary Goals
· Set expectations and hold the F&B leadership team accountable for service excellence
· Review financial performance and recommend CAPEX investments
· Identify improvement areas and develop strategies to enhance profitability
· Establish realistic goals and drive continuous service improvement Developing and Maintaining Budgets
· Lead the development and management of the F&B budget
· Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met
· Enforce cash and liquor control policies across all F&B areas
· Maintain profit margins while ensuring guest and team satisfaction Leading the Food and Beverage/Culinary Team
· Inspire and lead with integrity, fostering trust and collaboration
· Drive performance across financial, team, and operational goals
· Encourage innovation and challenge existing processes to create value
· Maintain open communication and build strong team relationships
· Align operating strategy with brand goals and execute effectively
· Mentor and coach team members for growth and development
