Job description
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Le Mirage Property Management W.L.L.. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
Execute corporate sales strategies and manage daily sales activities to achieve revenue targets
Identify, approach, and secure new corporate accounts and business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize revenue
Support the planning and execution of strategic and tactical sales initiatives aligned with business goals
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contractual agreements
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility within target segments
Maintain accurate records and reports using hotel sales and property management systems
Mandatory: Proven corporate sales experience within the Qatar market
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong background in corporate sales within reputable international hotel brands (Marriott experience preferred)
Demonstrated success in driving corporate revenue within the hospitality sector
Solid experience working with recognized luxury or upscale hospitality brands
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in Opera PMS and related hospitality systems
Valid Qatar driving license (required)
