Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Namba Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Lead finance and administration function at 300-room Fairfield by Marriott Osaka Namba.
Support GM's financial and administrative decisions.
Hands on daily Finance and Accounting activities.
Supervise admin clerk to complete hotel's HR and G&A functions.

・ESSENTIAL: finance and accounting jobs including monthly and annually closing at hotel.
・PC skills (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint）
・Management experiences
・Native level Japanese and business level written communication skills in English
・HR and general administration experience is a great plus.

Annual Salary 5 to 8M yen and addition will be considered upon applicant's experiences and capabilities.
