POSITION SUMMARY

The Concierge Residence is responsible for delivering exceptional service to residents by managing daily requests, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless living experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, providing personalized assistance and fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·  Greet residents and guests warmly, ensuring a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
·  Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
·  Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and other service requests.
·  Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, service requests, and follow-ups.
·  Assist with move-in/move-out procedures and orientation for new residents.
·  Monitor and manage deliveries, mail, and packages.
·  Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
·  Uphold property standards and ensure common areas are well-maintained.
·  Support emergency response procedures and safety protocols.
·  Promote resident engagement by assisting with community events and communications. Qualifications:
·  High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
·  Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or residential services.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
·  Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
·  Professional appearance and demeanor.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
