JOB SUMMARY

 

A Full-Time position based at the Shanghai Office. Provides support to Senior Director, Compliance, Greater China.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

 

Skills and Competencies

·  Excellent level of English & Mandarin is essential (verbal and written).
·  Strong analytical and administrative background - able to work on their own initiative, ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, guests, and owners. Flexibility of role dependent on business needs.
·  Strong team relationship development and peer management skills.
·  Ability to design and implement successful tracking and organization of e-mails, documents, and spreadsheets.
·  Ability to adapt and learn fast, being a disciplined time manager.
·  Be open-minded, with strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
·  Strong, clear and detail-oriented housekeeping and organizational skills.
·  Proactive and reliable, with team player mindset.
·  Ability to use standard software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Ability to assist in preparation of quality PowerPoint presentations.
·  Ability to assist in conducting desktop research.
·  Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g. associates, customers, contractors.
·  Able to use initiative and work under minimal supervision.
·  Knowing basic finance and internal control technical expression.
·  Knowledge on PBI is a plus.

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

 

·  Data analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and develop the results in presentable formats in PowerPoint.
·  Manage team documentation, data uploading, set up proper filing system, etc.
·  Assist the department heads in department administrative matters and track the team’s task completions in time.
·  Coordinate and assist organization of training events hosted by the department and manage robust relations with related parties.
·  Manage calendar, arrange meetings, managing logistics, circulating agendas in advance, taking minutes, and ensuring successful execution of those meetings.
·  To be able to analyze problems, formulate plans and execute to get work done quickly.
·  Ability to understand and research trends in sector-focused reporting and prepare reports as required.
·  Produces and distributes team correspondence, presentations and other related documents as required.
·  Expense report, ensuring on-time submission and accuracy.
·  Compliance with the company policies and procedures.
·  Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.
