We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused professional to oversee group room blocks and reservations. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless group booking experiences, maintain and update the reservation system, and proactively manage all aspects of group housing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

Prior experience in sales or hotel operations in an upscale full service hotel environment.
