Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

In the role of Pastry Commis, your main role will be to support the daily activities of the production of pastries and baked goods.

The main duties are:

·  preparation of engrendiets ;
·  production support;
·  assembly and decoration;
·  cleaning and maintenance of tools;
·  quality control;

Required skills:

·  knowledge of pastry techniques;
·  precision and attention to detail ;
·  good organizational skills;

 

Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:  1 year.
