The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Club Lounge Supervisor

 

Together with your team, redefine the understanding of luxury.

Your tasks:

·  Personal care of our demanding guests and top VIPs in our exclusive Club Lounge
·  Leading the team and shift in absence of the Club Lounge Manager
·  Check-in and Check-out
·  Concierge activities such as booking theatre and event tickets as well as the sale of sightseeing tours
·  Coordination of food and beverage service
·  Complaint management

Your Competencies:

·  Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
·  Previous Professional experience at the Reception or in Guest Relations
·  Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
·  Attention to detail
·  Professional communication skills and appearance
·  resilience, teamwork and flexibility
·  Quality awareness
·  A gift for paying attention to the smallest details 
·  excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
·  knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
