To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Chef de Tournant (m/f/d) to join us full-time as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

·  You will be responsible for the mise-en-place of all stations and ordering supplies.
·  You will independently lead all stations and ensure smooth communication between kitchen management and department staff.
·  Your creativity will be brought to life daily in your work.
·  You will actively contribute to concepts and processes for events.
·  You will structure menus with consideration for allergens.
·  Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and Marriott policies will be under your purview.
·  You will train new staff and apprentices, conducting regular training sessions.

What we wish for from you:

·  A love and passion for international cuisine
·  Completed training as a chef
·  Several years of professional experience
·  Guest orientation
·  Teamwork
·  Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of kitchen processes
·  Proficient use of Microsoft applications
·  Proficiency in English is an advantage
