We are looking to strengthen our team immediately and are seeking a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for a full-time position.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

·  Preparation of meals for our restaurant, bar, and banquet area according to our recipes and guidelines, plating with great attention to detail
·  Preparation of mise-en-place
·  Managing the buffet during events with direct guest contact
·  Ordering and organizing supplies in collaboration with our purchasing department
·  Working early and late shifts for the respective positions and leading them
·  Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
·  Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

What We Expect from You:

·  Completed training as a cook
·  Very good team skills and an eye for detail
·  A positive attitude, openness, and a friendly demeanor
·  Guest orientation
·  Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of kitchen processes
·  Knowledge of English is an advantage
