An upcoming dynamic and thought-provoking restaurant infused with the essence of Japanese cuisine is soon to debut. This will be a concept that endeavours to be a trailblazer amongst the local F&B scene, and we are currently on the hunt for talents to join us in this pre-opening journey set to commence in quarter 4 of 2025 !

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine will produce high-quality food consistent with the Group’s ethos and food philosophy which exceeds customer expectations and be the ‘face’ of this exciting new venture! The selected profile will also:

·  Have the ability to develop, train, and mentor apprentices and members of the kitchen team 
·  Positively contribute to the generation of fresh and inspiring new food ideas and recipes to maintain and further develop the Group’s reputation as a leader in dining 
·  Take a commercial approach as a senior within the kitchen, assisting in managing all costs and budgets to ensure you will maximise the overall financial return in what is a highly competitive business
·  Take ownership of the kitchen responsibilities, show passion for food and service, and be a professional team player
·  Need good knowledge of all kitchen operations. You will confidently run a service without supervision
·  Hold excellent verbal communication skills 
·  Ability to work well in a team, as well as organised, punctual and reliable 
·  A friendly, energetic and hard-working attitude 
·  This is a hands-on role and you must be available to work weekdays and weekends as this is a 7-day rotating roster
