As our new Casual Front Office Host, you will be:
·  Delivering exceptional guest experiences as the first point of contact
·  Completing check ins and check outs, delivering upon guest requests and enquiries and taking room service orders
·  Allowing your personality to shine through creating personal connections with our guests
