AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM FOR THE WINTER SEASON

As a Captain/Chef de rang for the evening service, you are more than comfortable with teamwork.You will supervise the waiters / waitresses to make sure the service runs smoothly and guests expectations are exceeded and providing them a wow experience.
As a rock star server, you will be responsible for rocking your section, taking orders and serving Beverage & Food items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner, using suggestive selling techniques.
Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Venue Supervisor/Manager.
You will be responsible for ensuring proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

PROFILE

You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French and English
You should be highly motivated
BAC PRO//CFC// BTS Catering or 2 years in a similar position
You are highly motivated
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience

Position to be filled for the winter season 2024-2025
