JOB SUMMARY

W Sydney is currently casting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our hustling and bustling Living Room (Lobby Bar) . This role plays a integral part in the daily supervision of the Living Room Bar and the team and to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Some responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·  Take responsibility of the day to day operation of the Living Room Bar
·  Communicate effectively between different departments to ensure smooth and seamless service
·  Ensures compliance with all hotel policies, standards, and procedures
·  Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws
·  Strives to improve service performance and sets a positive example for guest relations
·  Supports Talent on the floor during high demand times
·  Complete opening and closing duties including set up and cleaning of equipment
·  Create a positive environment for Talents so they can thrive at work
·  Provides feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors

REQUIREMENTS

·  Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
·  Availability to work weekends, rotating shifts, and public holidays when needed
·  Current and valid RSA
·  Knowledge of beverages and different cocktails, spirts, wines etc
·  Focus on service culture for the guests
·  Full working rights in Australia
