Here is what you will be doing each day:
· As Bellperson, you will be working with our Front Office team to assisting guests with luggage, assisting guests upon check-in and check-out, and assisting with and checking luggage as needed.
· Show guests to room assisting them with their luggage.
· Explain all hotel facilities, their location in the hotel, hours of operation, and answer all questions about these facilities and other hotel questions.
· Maintain the designated station in the lobby, standing alert to be easily summoned for fronts.
· Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

You have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance providing exceptional guest service. You don’t shy away from physical work and can lift luggage up to 75lbs. For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $17.75 per hour; for applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $17.75 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
