The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

What We Expect from You:

·  Deliver daily press to common areas; check the accommodation log (arrivals and departures).
·  Review parking lot vehicles against the previous day’s list and charge the corresponding parking fees to guest rooms.
·  Maintain a log of the luggage storage area (items deposited and retrieved), whether belonging to guests or internal material (stationery, others).
·  Carry out wake-up calls or knock on guest room doors if necessary; escort guests to their rooms upon arrival.
·  Handle guest luggage upon arrival and departure when requested.
·  Call for taxis and assist with guest allocation as appropriate.
·  Attend to guest requests and find solutions within your scope of responsibility, or redirect them when necessary.

 
Essential Requirements:
·  Valid B driving license
·  Professional level of English
