Bars Manager

 

With your ambition, passion and expertise, you will manage our awarded bars at the highest level: 

Atmosphere Rooftop Bar

Your tasks include 

·  Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service process in our bars
·  Planning and implementing new concepts, as well as creating the bar menu in coordination with our Assistant Bars Manager and Beverage Manager
·  Implementing and ensuring compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards in the bar area
·  Carrying out inventories
·  Providing professional advice to our guests
·  Guest care and handling of complaints
·  Independently managing a shift in the absence of the Assistant Bars Manager

 

Your qualifications: 

·  Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
·  Experience in the bar area of the upscale catering or hotel industry, as well as in managing a shift
·  Great interest in drinks, wine and cocktail knowledge
·  Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
·  Absolute service orientation, high reliability and a careful way of working
