W London Hotel is now premiering the role of In Room Dining & Banqueting Waiter.

The role involves taking responsibility for welcoming guests to the bar in a friendly and helpful manner, assisting Supervisors in a section within the bar ensuring that all standards are met with attention to detail. As part of the role you will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service and ensuring that all guest expectations are met. You are also in charge and responsible for taking and delivering orders to the rooms as well as refilling the minibars. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

The ideal candidate will be organised and have an excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality venue is required and knowledge of food, wine and beverage is a must. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
