ABOUT THE ROLE

W Sydney is seeking passionate Banquets Waiting Talent to deliver our signature Whatever/Whenever service, ensuring seamless and memorable event experiences for our guests and clients. Join us at W Sydney and be part of a team that transforms events into unforgettable experiences!

Key Responsibilities:

·  Deliver Outstanding Service – Engage with guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized, attentive service.
·  Ensure Precision in Orders – Accurately process requests, accommodate dietary needs, and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
·  Maintain a Pristine Environment – Set up, reset, and maintain event spaces, ensuring a polished and professional atmosphere.
·  Be a Menu Expert – Stay knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, confidently assisting guests with recommendations.
·  Work as a Team – Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
·  Adapt & Excel – Thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintaining high standards and professionalism.
·  Uphold Safety & Hygiene – Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.
