You will be empowered to use your leadership skills as well as your creativity to craft memorable experiences for our guests in altogether 10 meeting rooms, with the heart of operations being our newly refurbished and elegantly designed Westminster Ballroom for more than 500 guests.

Qualifications :
YOUR DUTIES
·
Understanding the function sheets (BEOs) and ensuring every element needed for the event is booked and ordered in advance
·
Liaising with Client and Event manager on the day for amendments or extra requirements
·
Ensuring excellent customer service and exceeding the expectations whenever possible
·
Ensuring all Guests leave satisfied
·
Training all associates for required service standards while developing their skills
·
Ensuring cleanliness of all areas of service as well as back of the house
·
Practicing “Clean as you go” standards
·
Take payments from guests and completing Financial reports
·
Complete charges as per Event Manager instructions
·
Ensuring that all Porters are supervised and led to complete all specifications as per BEOs
·
Reporting all equipment malfunctions to Managers and taking all preventing measures to avoid breakages and misusage of equipment
·
Enforcing grooming standards set out by the Management
·
Ensuring health and safety regulations are being followed
·
Executing Inventories and assisting Managers in keeping agreed Par stock levels
·
Communicating any concerns as well as customer issues to Managers
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience from Food and Beverage
Excellent English communication skills
Well-presented, proactive and reliable
Able to work alone and within a team and in a busy environment
Excellent communication and customer Service Skills
