Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
To ensure compliance with relevant food safety laws
Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
Support the banqueting head chef with all kitchen operations
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 1 years' experience as a junior sous chef or equivalent
Experience in the hospitality industry is desired but not essential
