Your key responsibilities include:

·  Direct communication with our guests and customers across all channels
·  Interaction with guests and colleagues from all over the world
·  A job where you can apply and develop your strengths
·  You understand what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as unforgettable as possible
·  You advise guests on all matters and always have the right answer ready
·  You know how to handle guest requests professionally thanks to your expertise

Be able.

·  You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
·  You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests, and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
·  You’re eager to develop yourself every day, learn new things, and be part of a warm and ambitious team
·  You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
·  You’ve already gained experience in a similar position and/or have completed training in hotel management
·  Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
