Desired profile

Qualifications :

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you are responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the front desk operations while making sure that these areas meet the standards of W Singapore Sentosa Cove. The incumbent will be required to constantly ensure the creation of WOW experiences for all our guests. In addition, you will be directly supervising all talents in the front office department, so as to train, develop and manage the performance of the talents to ensure an efficient operation.

We are ideally looking for someone

·  Diploma/Degree in hotel management
·  Minimum 3 year experience in a similar capacity
·  Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in customer-service oriented environment.
·  Excellent written and spoken communications skills
·  A go-getter and enjoys being with people from all walks of life
