Are you up for this?

·  Responsible for preparing and sending quotes, following up on enquiries, and converting wedding and event leads 
·  Responsible for managing the effective coordination & execution of weddings, events and meetings, using technology and your straightforward thinking
·  Generate and manage Banquet Event Orders for upcoming weddings and events, demonstrating strong organisational skills and thoughtful planning to anticipate guest needs.
·  Coordinate on-the-day wedding setups with the Banquet Operations team, with flexibility to work weekends as required to support event delivery.
·  Implement targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals and KPIs across weddings, social events, and the broader events portfolio
·  You’ll also play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by conducting personalised site visits and building lasting relationships with clients
·  Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner. 

Your Vibe: 

·  Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in event sales and planning role preferable. 
·  Hotel Industry experience is preferred but not essential 
·  Working rights in Australia 
·  Enthusiastic to escalate your career 
·  English Language Proficiency
·  Impeccable communication across all levels and presentation
·  Demonstrates interpersonal skills, team work, customer service and able to manage diverse relationships
·  Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment 
·  Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
