LOCATION

Be part of the pre-opening team for the first Four Points by Sheraton hotel, part of Marriott International in New Zealand.

Set to open 6 June 2018, Four Points by Sheraton Auckland will offer guests 255 modern guest rooms, with impressive views of the city, alongside an all-day dining restaurant, bar and lounge. Reflecting the brand's promise to provide what matters most to today's independent travellers, the hotel will also offer all of the brand's defining touches, including the signature Four Comfort bed, complimentary bottled water, fast and free Wi-Fi in all public areas, an energising breakfast and the brand's signature Best Brews™ program.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for a well-experienced Supervisor to demonstrate leadership skills. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·  Ensure the efficiency and cost effective management all activities within the restaurant operations.
·  Providing exceptional guest service and maintaining high team morale.
·  Assist in driving departmental results.
·  Assists in day-to-day operations and ensures high quality of service at all times.
· 
Professional handling of guest queries and complaints.

· 
Implementing ideas to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU

·  Ability to manage, lead and drive a team.
·  A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile!
·  Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
·  Strong organizational skills.
·  Previous hotel experience preferred.
·  Wine and Beer knowledge essential.
·  Cocktail / Mixology knowledge beneficial.
·  Available to start June 2018.
·  Able to work on a 7-day per week rotating roster as well as on public holidays.
·  LCQ/Manager's License is an advantage.
