Qualifications :

Job Summary
·  Assist maintain service standards established for assigned bar and restaurant
·  Ensure overall operation efficiency, cost control, marketing, promotion & hygiene management
·  Contribute to the development of the guest relationship
·  Maintain and improve associate morale
Requirements
·  Relevant hotel / retail working experience
·  Computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
·  Financial knowledge with cost control apply
·  Excellent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
