Role Descriptions

Responsible for providing a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests who dine at Kitchen Restaurant. Provide Whatever/Whenever service, by granting wishes and creating memorable experiences at every encounter.

Assist Restaurant Manager on daily operation and maximize its revenue by providing excellent customer service experience whilst ensuring strong talent engagement. Train, develop, coach and manage the performance of direct reporting talent to ensure talent engagement and productivity.

Job Requirements

Experience - Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a 5 star luxury hotel or equivalent role
Education - Bachelor degree in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills - Fluent in Cantonese and English
W Look - appear confident, well-groomed
W Personality - warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
