Desired profile

Qualifications :

- Must cover the events in the hotel, named W Happenings and others and register each event through photos and videos
- Communitu Manager. Set up
Define the marketing strategy considering the guidelines of the Brand. Also, must define methodologies and create content actions to meet the goals.
- Content creation for SM based on the objectives: Production of photos, animated gifs and videos and design specific pieces for each channel / target audience aligned with W Brand standard.
- Monthly monitoring of the effectiveness of the implemented practices. Monthly performance report.
- Moderation: Attend and response all question of guests and costumers in social media on time.
- Support to the marketing area in the assembly of communication pieces and presentations for different channels.

Requirements:
- Intermediate / advanced knowledge in photography and video production
- Advanced Photoshop knowledge
- Community Managers with more than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Profiency in the english language and portuguese desirable
