Your responsibilities
As an Assistant Director of Finance you will be reporting to the Director of Finance and are leading and inspiring the Finance team of the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. You are responsible for all fundamental finance requirements such as: office management, bank reconciliations, preparation of State and Federal reports, training of Finance Ambassadors, conducting or participating in meetings, analysis of balance sheet accounts, preparation of journal entries, closing the books and preparing the balance and sheet package.

To be eligible for this position:
• Bachelor degree in business administration or accountant.
• High level of integrity.
• Proven strong leadership skills.
• Communicate professionally in English.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience in a finance leadership role.
