The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Manager Banquet & IRD

 

In this responsible position, you will lead our unique F&B departments Banqueting and In-Room Dining as a competent first point of contact.

 

IN ROOM-DINING

·  Bringing our awarded F&B Outlets to the guest rooms

 

MEETINGS & EVENTS            

·  Conference space that makes business a pleasure

 

Key Responsibilities:

·  Planning, executing and coordinating the entire banqueting and in-room dining operation.
·  Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service flow in both areas in close cooperation with our Assistant In-Room Dining and Assistant Banquet Managers
·  Act creatively and innovatively to define and implement operational strategies in coordination with our Director of F&B and F&B Operations Manager
·  Designing a unique banqueting experience with multi-functional buffet systems and live cooking stations
·  Creating a unique restaurant experience in the rooms of our discerning guests
·  Management and staff responsibility, including coordination of temporary staff when required
·  Guest care, handling complaints, as well as analyzing and evaluating guest feedback

 

You inspire us with your passion for the Food & Beverage sector, follow trends and bring new ideas and concepts into our property. You are a team player, communicate at the highest level and know how to lead a team.
