Your key responsibilities include:

·  You support our Banquet Manager in the day-to-day banquet and event operations.
·  You serve as a pointof contact for all employees, colleagues, and our international guests regarding all matters related to event operations.
·  You coordinate , oversee , and execute various events while ensuring smooth service delivery.
·  You prepare events for our international guests in collaboration with our Event Sales Team.
·  You manage events , meetings , and functions that often host hundreds of international guests.
·  You handle and organize administrative tasks .
·  You ensure compliance with all hygiene standards and guarantee seamlessservice processes .

Be able.

·  You are eager to grow every day, learn new things, and be part of a close-knit and ambitious team. 
·  You remain calm and composed even in high-pressure situations. 
·  You have several years of experience in a similar position or have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry. 
·  Your strong communication skills set you apart, and you feel confident communicating in both German and English.
