Role purpose

Responsible for managing the operations of the finance department, and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and on time

·  Roles & Responsibilities Roles & responsibilities
·  To manage budgeting and work flows for different departments
·  To ensure timely and accurate book keeping for Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. 
·  To ensure financial accounting is compliant to standards and is done timely
·  To ensure legal standards are followed in all activities of the department
·  To be responsible for financial reporting and maintaining an MIS
·  To manage client accounting, drafting contracts, executing them and making necessary checks on behalf of the client
·  To manage Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd. contracts with clients, vendors and external entities.
·  To draft & review contracts as per company policies
·  To be responsible for maintaining a repository of all legal documents including agreements, contracts, MOUs, etc.
·  To Manage Day-to Day accounts and ensure accurate reporting of financial statements on monthly basis.
·  To Manage the P&L Statements by department on monthly basis.
·  To assist in Completing the Internal and Statutory Audit and provide necessary details as may be required by the Auditors.
·  To ensure monthly/ Quarterly and Annually tax compliances
·  To work in implementing various processes and controls in place. 
·  To assist team in completing the set activities on timely and accurate manner.
·  To assist in Legal and Corporate Secretarial compliance
·  To perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Knowledge skills & experience

Educational Qualifications

·  B.Com or any Accounting degree

Prior Experience

·  2 to 3 years of industry experience 
·  Previous experience in a multinational Hospitality industries or Corporate Offices

Domain Knowledge

·  Financial management concepts and principals
·  International accounting standards
·  Company Law
·  Tax laws
·  Indian corporate law

IT  and Other skills

·  Financial software knowledge
·  Internet and MS. Office
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
