Das HOTEL AM STEINPLATZ gehört zu den Häusern der Autograph Collection und blickt auf eine faszinierende Geschichte zurück: In 1907/1908 entworfen vom renommierten Architekten August Endell war es einst bekannter Treffpunkt für Stars und Sternchen der 20er und 50er Jahre. Mit seiner denkmalgeschützten Jugendstil-Fassade und dem stilvollen Interieur, bietet das Haus seinen außergewöhnlichen Gästen einen reizvollen Mix aus historischem Charme und luxuriösem Lifestyle.  

Seit Dezember 2013 begrüßen wir im Hotel am Steinplatz unsere Gäste mit 87 großzügigen Zimmern ausgestattet mit luxuriösen Materialien und wunderschönem Design, unserem Restaurant am Steinplatz sowie unserer Bar am Steinplatz. Auch der Spa mit Fitnessraum und die Tagungsmöglichkeiten setzen neue Maßstäbe in der 5 Sterne Hotellerie.

Das wünschen wir uns von dir:

·  Abgeschlossene Hotel-Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrungen in einer gleichen oder ähnlichen Position
·  Kreativität und eigene Ideen in Dein tägliches Arbeitsumfeld einbringen
·  Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und persönliches Engagement
·  Hohe Qualitätsansprüche
·  Ausgeprägte Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (fließend in Wort), weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
·  ggf. Arbeitsgenehmigung für die EU/Deutschland
·  Deine individuelle Persönlichkeit, Elan und Dein individueller Service bleiben unseren Gästen in Erinnerung und bewegt sie zur Wiederkehr in unser Haus     

Deine Aufgaben als Front Office Agent:

·  Allgemeine Front Office Aufgaben, wie Check-In und Check-Out
·  Verantwortung für die individuelle Gästebetreuung unseres internationalen und anspruchsvollen Gästekreises
·  Ansprechpartner für alle Gästeanliegen und Wünsche mit einem einzigartigen und persönlichen Service

What we want from you:

·  Completed hotel training or first professional experience in the same or similar position
·  Bringing creativity and your own ideas into your daily work environment
·  High degree of team spirit and personal commitment
·  High quality standards
·  Excellent knowledge of English and German (fluent), further foreign language skills are an advantage
·  If necessary, work permit for the EU/Germany
·  Your individual personality, verve and individual service will be remembered by our guests and will make them return to our hotel.    

Your tasks as Front Office Agent:

·  General front office tasks, such as check-in and check-out.
·  Responsibility for the individual care of our international and demanding guests
·  Contact person for all guest concerns and requests with a unique and personal service
