JOB SUMMARY
A full-time position based at the Hong Kong Continent Office. The role will provide all-round support to Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Greater China and perform other related tasks as assigned by management & team.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
· Maintains the calendar for the Vice President and designated leaders within the Sales & Marketing discipline
· Assist the Vice President and team in preparation of various presentations / reports / updates
· Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports as required
· Produce and distribute team correspondence, presentations and other related documents as required
· Coordinate team meetings and set up conference calls, take minutes as requested
· Coordinates all travel and hotel accommodation arrangements
· Create and maintain shared folders and team performance tracking documents
· Maintain office supplies for area
· Process expense reports
· Track team vacation
· Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications :

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Skills and Competencies
·  2 - 3 years of administration experience
·  Excellent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese (verbal and written)
·  Ability to design and implement successful tracking of documents and spreadsheets
·  Ability to manage and balance own time
·  Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Ability to use standard software applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·  Proactive, reliable and flexible
·  Strong customer development and relationship management skills
·  Knowledge of all Marriott Lodging products, cultures and brand strategies
·  Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g. associates, customers, owners
·  Able to use initiative and work under minimal supervision
·  Knowledge of Marriott International Key Brands and Strategies with a strong administrative background - able to work on own initiative, effectively communicate with stakeholders
