W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay; Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Full Time Accounts Receivable position for Maternity Cover (12 months). As Accounts Receivable in a luxury hotel, you will have the opportunity to uphold the exceptional Finance standards and procedures expected in a premium hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include: 

·  Ensures compliance with all brand established systems and procedures
·  Support the Director of Finance and Assistant Director of Finance
·  Accurate data entry and archiving
·  Daily invoicing processing and generating and sending invoices to customers
·  Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
·  Follow up on outstanding balances 
·  Record and reconcile incoming payments
·  Maintain accurate financial and customer records
·  Assist in month-end closing processes
·  Administrative duties as required
·  Excellent analytical and numerical skills
·  Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel
·  Must demonstrate a proven track record of experience across the field and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a high attention to detail
