Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

Ideal candidate profile



Qualifications :

To move into this position you should have

·  Tenure in current position minimum one year
· 
Minimum 2 Years experience in 5* hotels

· 
Team worker with a great attitude to work under pressure

· 
Good conversational skill in English

· 
Hotel School Certificate is an advantage

· 
Good personality & 5* appearance

· 
Excellent culinary catering talent

· 
Cold / Hot / Asian / Continental & Banqueting experience

· 
Basic Food & Hygiene training certification

· 
Good knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and its operations

· 
Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work

· 
Knowledge of procedures and methods used in the preparation, production, presentation and storage of food items is required
