Dinner in the Sky can be considered as the world's most unique dining concept, creating some of the finest private dining, cocktail parties, product launches, wedding receptions, and bespoke event experiences on a global scale. This event can be utilized as a powerful business tool to host exclusive events such as corporate functions, confidential board meetings, product road shows or even radio and television broadcasts.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

· Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the Kitchen team
· Strong communication with the Chef de Partie of the section
· Key relationship with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
· Daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise
· Support of Departmental objectives
· Completion of yearly ASI surveys
· Diligence in prevention of wastage
· Thorough support of and updating the training manual
· Attendance at Departmental meetings and feedback meetings

Qualifications :

To move into this position you should have

·  Good conversational skill in English
·  Good personality & 5* appearance
·  Excellent culinary catering talent
·  Cold, Hot, Asian, Continental or Banqueting experience
·  Basic Food & Hygiene training certification
·  Good knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and its operations
·  Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work
