The role of an M&S Warehouse Colleague is to work as part of a team that aims to deliver our customer promise by achieving your personal targets, delivering team goals and realising organisational performance. This could involve working with both boxed and hanging general merchandise products in areas of the warehouse including inbound receiving, storage and replenishment, packing and outbound despatch.

Accountabilities include:

·  Moving products within the warehouse - unloading/loading vehicles
·  Picking and replenishing orders
·  Packing completed orders for shipping
·  Responsible for quality control and accurate completion of documentation
·  Maintaining a clean and safe working area
·  Achieving productivity and accuracy targets

About you:

Your skills and experience will include

·  Understanding the impact your role has upon the customer
·  The ability to work individually and within a team to achieve targets
·  The ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions at all times
·  Support health and safety culture onsite
·  The ability to count accurately and to perform simple mathematical calculations
