Summary
We’re looking for an individual with entreprenural flair, with a passion for planning who wants to play a part in transforming one of the country’s best-loved brands, to join us as a Range & Display Planner.

About the role
Your key accountabilities will include
· Create and manage the ongoing maintenance of planograms for a given product area, ensuring that they are updated to agreed range change measures; are always of the highest standards through the application of agreed planogram Display Principles and rules
· Analyse multiple sources of commercial data to help inform and recommend ranging decisions & improvements.
· Work in partnership with the Buyer to ensure a balanced and appropriately sized range of products in each store cluster thereby maximising the range choice within the available footage
· To use expert category knowledge and close working relationships with the Category team to inform specific display rules and act as a check to ensure the optimum range is delivered
· Provide display related management information such as shelf efficiency, stocking points, space and cluster performance and to provide recommendations for potential range enhancements
· Understand and support the Supply Chain end to end process by providing the Supply Chain team with range distributions and cost to fills to the agreed Critical Path
· Play a key role in building and managing category planograms for Renewal format stores. Provide on-site support to store teams during build and on-going delivery of format
· Conduct regular competitor visits and liaise with suppliers to keep abreast of industry activities and trends
· Visit stores regularly to review implementation of displays to gain store feedback and to identify potential improvements and opportunities
About you
Your skills and experience will include
· Detailed knowledge of the Space Range & Display processes and critical paths
· Excellent project management skills
· Food category & customer knowledge to ensure focussed ranging
· Excellent analysis and problem solving abilities
· Good presentation skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Excel & Power BI
· Food Analytics Query Tool (Business Objects)
· JDA Suite Including – Space Planning, Assortment Optimization & Intactix Knowledge Database or experience using imilar space planning software
