M&S Clothing & Home (C&H) now has an exciting opportunity for an Inbound Logistics Administrator to join its team based in London Paddington. Working as part of the wider C&H Inbound team and the Freight and Logistic Operations teams this role will ensure the inbound flow of product is aligned to the Commercial needs of the business to maximise availability, sales and profit.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until September 2020.

Key responsibilities, amongst others, will include: -

·  To adopt a pragmatic approach to systemic Purchase Order warehouse redirection
·  Review container loading plans and draw insights to provide the most cost-effective results
·  Refresh and publish weekly inbound transition trackers with insights
·  Join Department transition conference calls and cover when required
·  Deputise for the Transition Analyst where required

To succeed in this role you will have Advanced Excel skills and ideally some knowledge of SAP, SQL and / or Python.

Sound Retail commercial acumen and experience of freight and logistics operations and / or retail planning would also be good!!

You will have great communication skills with the ability to organise and prioritise across multiple disciplines, you’ll be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and very much enjoy working as part of a team.
