Market Developer recently successfully launched the updated version of their hosted customer relationship management (CRM) database solution, MarketDeveloper V5.1. This tool handles all of clients data marketing in one application giving clients everything they need to manage their marketing at the click of a mouse from fully automated data uploading, cleansing and de-duping to sending campaigns and doing analysis live from anywhere with internet access. It’s a hugely cost effective and scalable solution – with no need for IT infrastructure investment (so no compatibility issues) and with service levels and add-ons to suit our clients evolving needs.

The solution combines low-cost and high-spec, in a pretty competitive marketplace that includes all the ‘big boys’ from IT (we’re talking Microsoft, Oracle, SAP etc). This role is helping with developing the targeting of the product within the developing Marketing programme.
