The Job:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to source candidates to meet the requirements of our clients, via social media, advertising, networking and headhunting. You will work quickly and professionally to fill jobs with qualified, relevant candidates. You will learn how to speak to clients, getting the requirements of the role from them and eventually learning to generate leads and gain us new clients!

We are currently working on some very exciting and interesting projects including Crossrail, Thameslink, HS2, as well as various offshore projects. We have clients in Formula 1, aerospace, space and defence, as well as the Rail, Civils, and Energy industries.
