Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual for our established store in the Manchester Piccadilly area.
Mail Boxes Etc. specialise in worldwide parcel delivery, rental of business and personal mailboxes and copy and print solutions.
If you have great communication and selling skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, are well-organised and able to think on your feet, we want to hear from you.
Giving the best possible service is our number one priority so you will need to enjoy serving and helping our customers, where attention to detail is important. In addition, you’ll have a good level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
We’re a small team so flexibility is important. Day to day responsibilities will vary and include:
• Present and sell our services to customers in the store and on the phone
• Discuss with customers their needs and provide the best solutions
• Place orders with print suppliers
• Keep the store well organised and well presented
• Resolve customer service issues and complaints
• Receive and sort mail into mailboxes
• Receive and process packages for shipping, identifying the most appropriate courier service
• Take inventory of retail items and supplies. Place orders with vendors to maintain sufficient stock
• With guidance from the store owner, be responsible for securing collection from account customers, payments to vendors and general store financials, as well as cashing up and banking
• Manage and help as needed with all jobs to assure that they are completed on time and maintain our high quality standards
