HR Administrator

Job description

Macildowie HR are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation based in Northamptonshire who are looking for an HR Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis to support with a change project that is being implemented. The role will look to pay around £18,000 which is the equivalent to about £9 per hour.
The role will be a really great opportunity if someone is looking to begin their HR career as you will be working with the HR team and really supporting with data entry of highly confidential personal files, sending out contracts and offers to ne starters. Supporting with general administration and gaining a generalist understanding of the HR process.
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, be able to work under pressure and manage a high workload. They will be really keen to develop their HR experience and progress within a busy and friendly environment.
