As our Learning and Development intern, you will play a key part in the success of our people. What you’ll be doing…
• Acting as the first point of contact for any L&D related queries, liaising with the rest of the HR team as required.
• Managing the L&D inbox
• Managing the Training Calendar, including scheduling of workshops, administration of invites and sending out pre and post course material
• Making sure all training materials are ready for courses, and easily accessible for our internal and external trainers.
• Managing training events and keep all records up to date in the Learning Management System
• Supporting the team with L&D evaluation process by pulling off relevant reports
• Collating outputs from any workshops or team events
• Coordinating and liaising with external training suppliers as required
• Raising purchase orders for all training related costs, and place against the L&D budget
Desired profile
We’d love to meet someone with…
• Experience in creating and maintaining excel spread sheets.
• Excellent IT skills (including MS Office)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good team working skills
• The ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant experience and or working towards a relevant degree
• A good working knowledge of English is needed, as second language (Russian, Chinese, Turkish or else) will be a plus
