Our Head Office is based in the historic market town of Leominster, in the heart of rural Herefordshire, on the border of England and Wales.

The Role:

We are looking for an accomplished and self-driven sales professional to join our Marketing team in Leominster, Herefordshire in the newly created role of Partnership Manager. The purpose of the role will be to improve the total partnership programme and integrate it more into the whole business to support key categories of Sports, Men’s and Women’s fashion.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the partnership programme for MandM Direct, supported by the internal marketing and data teams; and our external agency partners
  • Utilising our extensive media offering and to reach, to excite and entice partners to want to work with us
  • Focusing on our 2 core audiences within our 3 key verticals of Sports, Men’s and Women’s fashion, and deliver the opportunities through contra deals, advertising revenue and brand exposure to key audiences
  • Building and maintaining strong commercially beneficial relationships to maximise ROI from our partnership program
  • Measuring ROI contribution through earned value from contra deals, revenue / EBITDA contribution from advertising opportunities and audience reach / fit within the three core areas of Sport, Men’s and Women’s fashion
  • Working across all marketing disciplines to deliver our client’s needs
  • Producing reports on partnership performance with the support of the analytics team
  • Growing the total existing partnership income by 15% within 12 months, and have a new partnership live within all 3 verticals (Sports, Men’s and Women’s fashion) within 6 months of starting.

Skills and knowledge required:

  • Highly developed written and verbal skills
  • Proven track record in retail sales
  • Have a clear understanding of digital and offline media value
  • Proven experience in building and negotiating commercial tenders
  • The ability to manage key stakeholders at Director/Board level
  • Experience of successfully delivering against financial targets within specified deadlines
  • Previous background in Charity, Sports, Fashion, Media or e-commerce sectors
  • Ability to work independently to deliver the partnership programme.

Location and hours:

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. Our head office is based in Leominster, Herefordshire however, you will be working with a UK client base therefore travel and flexible working locations can be discussed.
