Marketing & PR · Paris We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our European Marketing Team and be responsible for the marketing and PR activities on the French, Belgian and Dutch market. Regional Marketing Manager We are looking for a new marketing superhero to join our European Marketing Team and be responsible for the marketing and PR activities on the French, Belgian and Dutch market. You will be based in France, preferably at our office in Paris, although we are flexible with the location. Lynk & Co claims ‘we were not another car brand, we are a different one’. We show this by not spending big money on TV spots and primetime commercial slots. We achieve this by not following the conventional automotive road. The European Marketing Team is responsible for brand activations, campaigns, events, collaborations, content and much more, and you will be a cornerstone in successfully launching the Lynk & Co brand in France but also in Belgium and Netherlands. What you´ll do Planning, coordinating and executing the regional marketing plan and budget, as well as adapting and implementing global campaigns Collaborate closely with the local operations team, sales and digital commerce to identify opportunities and translate them into marketing activation ideas Ensure that the Lynk & Co experience in France, Belgium and the Netherlands is aligned with the global brand guidelines Support our club and tour operations team with events and activations Develop and deploy a local PR strategy together with our European PR team and local PR agency What you should have To be successful in this role, you should know how to work independently and have strong collaboration skills. We need someone who sees opportunities in the market and comes up with ideas. Besides that, you should have: Several years of experience from working in similar role, preferably in a global B2C company (e-commerce experience is a plus but not required) Ability to work both strategic and operational with marketing communications and PR Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage complex project with many stakeholders Strong communication skills in French (native level proficiency is required) and fluent in English. If you also speak Dutch, it’s a bonus. University degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent is preferred We are a start-up with the opportunities and challenges that brings.
