MISSION
Based in Mendoza (Argentina), the Training, Selection & Internal Communication Sr. Analyst is responsible for the design and implementation of  human resources administration, selection, training, communication and development plans and actions for all the employees in the winery, in line with the company requirements and each job description.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the survey and analysis of training needs, for the requirement and analysis of training proposals, and for the elaboration and follow-up of the annual training plan.
- Responsible for the Performance & Career Review and people development processes.
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of white and blue collars, elaboration of job descriptions.
- Responsible for all internal communications.
- Responsible for all integration activities (end of the year party, family day, and others).
- Responsible for employee-employer branding and organizational climate.

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 5 years
PROFILE
EDUCATION: psychology, labor relations, business administration or human resources degree.
LANGUAGES: fluent in Spanish and English.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: team management tools, recruiting and performance evaluation interviews, payroll, labor laws, training tools, motivation, organizational analysis, general knowledge of the company, industry and group (LVMH).
PERSONAL SKILLS: initiative, personal and group communication, negotiation, analysis and anticipation ability, critical judgement, team work, conflict management. excellent interpersonal relations.
