LVMH - Tech Lead, Clos19 (e-commerce)

Your main responsibilities will be:  
- Design the global and detailed Digital Commerce ecosystem for Clos19
- Provide solution architecture decision enabling Clos19 commerce ecosystem scalability, business and IT requirements consideration while respecting agreed quality criteria, cost and deadlines
- Ensure optimal coordination with other functions and stakeholders involved in the program and in the IT community in order to maintain and enhance Clos19 IT ecosystem
- Ensure documentation and knowledge capitalization of the ecosystem from an architecture perspective
- Control quality of implementations by applying code review and set up Clos19 Commerce Solution (mainly Hybris Commerce Cloud)
- Provide expertise on B2C Commerce ecosystems in order to enhance the ecosystem and ease business continuity & growth
- Collect needs in order to transform them into architecture document (flows diagrams, cartography...)
- Create briefs adhering to the business/IT priorities and strategy and understanding technical constraints
- Identify, evaluate and manage system integrators and software vendors regarding solution architecture features and quality of developments
- Provide architecture recommendations and decisions to system integrator and control applicability
- Challenge system integrator design & implementation recommendations as well as workload estimations
- Set up platform features and new stores, especially on Hybris Commerce Cloud in collaboration with Clos19 system integrator and other third parties
- Follow up cross-functional teams from design to implementation, including requirements, technical design, build, test and deployment of new features or site, to make sure quality of implementation is in line with expectation
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to Clos19 ecosystem extension
- File all documents related to Digital Commerce ecosystem
- Support Solution & Products Owners on user stories review and on operational issues
- Collaborate with multiple Scrum/Project Teams to pursue an integrated end-to-end perspective, from web user interface to backend ERP transactions
 Accountabilities
- Ensure architectural and global IT guidelines are implemented accordingly into B2C Commerce ecosystem extension enabling scalability of the platform
- Own ecosystem solution architecture & technical leadership for all B2C Commerce activities, including Clos19
- Control & approve quality of implementation (ie code review)

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
- Experience of digital commerce change management and digital commerce challenges
- Experience on Ecommerce platform roll out/run in an international environment as technical lead
- Experience on solution architecture related to Commerce ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work at quick pace in a multicultural environment
- Experience in coordinating many players in an international context

- A burning desire to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget
- Proven track record in both Waterfall and Agile methodology
- Strong technical expertise on Ecommerce ecosystem & experience in the delivery/run of a digital commerce platform (especially Hybris Commerce Cloud)
- Hand on attitude & autonomy
- Languages: English, French is desirable but not essential
